Yoga for Birth

Embodied preparation for labour.

Labour isn't something you can think your way into readiness for. It asks something of the body and mind — a capacity to stay soft, open and focused when things get intense — and that capacity can be built.

Yoga for Birth is my own approach to birth preparation, developed and refined over seven years of teaching pregnancy yoga alongside my midwifery work. It's not a lecture, not a checklist, not a classroom. Using breath and movement, each class is a chance to build and practice that capacity for yourself — in your body, not just in your head.

No yoga experience necessary — just come as you are.
